DJ and music producer since 1996, with 15 years as a resident on Radio Record. Signed with Universal Music and released tracks via Armada, Mad Decent, Dim Mak, and Sony. He has toured worldwide, performing at clubs and festivals with over 100,000 attendees, sharing the stage with artists like Carl Cox, Skrillex, and David Guetta. As a digital artist, he has collaborated with renowned creators and launched NFT pieces on Binance NFT and other platforms. A speaker at major events like TEDx, ADE, and Dubai Expo, he is also the author of four books and the CEO of the biohacking community Human3000. Additionally, he founded Amadei, a music service for independent artists included in 500 Startups.

"303 Model" marks an important collaboration with Hitrax on Universal Music MENA.

What does this album represent for you, and what message do you want to convey

through its music?

I worked on this album for about a year. I released it on Universal Music MENA since I’m a resident of the label, and the team really liked the concept and the idea behind it, so we decided to work on it together.

The core message of “303 Model” is about going back to the roots. With this album, I’m opening a new chapter in my career while paying homage to the origins of electronic music. The LP is deeply inspired by classic Detroit House and the legendary Roland TB-303 synthesizer.

Every track on the album was created using only analog equipment—303 Acids, 909 & 808 Bass Drums—timeless instruments that have shaped house and techno music. It’s pure, raw electronic sound, perfect for club sets and Boiler Room live performances.

Beyond the music, I also created an art piece to accompany the album—a reimagined Roland TB 303 as if it were a robot. This artwork has been showcased in contemporary art museums and is also available as an NFT video piece.

You’ve been in the music industry since 1996 and have witnessed the evolution of the

electronic scene. How do you think the role of a DJ and producer has changed over

the years?

A lot has changed—everything from the way we create music to how we promote it. The industry moves fast, and if you want to stay relevant, you need to understand the trends. But at the same time, you can’t just chase every new wave blindly—you have to stay true to your own sound while still being aware of what’s happening in the world.

DJs today are more influential than ever. They don’t just play music; they shape trends, break new artists, and push genres forward. The biggest DJs now have the power to dictate what’s going to be the next big thing.

And let’s talk about live shows—over the last few years, DJ performances have evolved into full-scale audiovisual experiences. Look at Anyma or Eric Prydz—these guys have taken it to a whole new level, blending music with stunning visuals, turning their sets into something closer to an immersive art installation.

Technology has also changed the game. 3D sound, spatial audio, VR festivals, and Metaverse concerts—these are not just futuristic concepts anymore. They’re happening right now, and they’re bringing in audiences from all over the world.

Innovation never stops, and the artists who embrace it—while staying true to their creative vision—are the ones who will shape the future of electronic music.

Beyond music, you’re involved in various projects in the NFT space, biohacking, and

augmented reality. How do you balance these different passions, and how do they

influence each other?

Everything I do—music, art, biohacking—is deeply connected. It’s not just a set of different projects; it’s a way of life.

Outside of music, I take my health and mental well-being seriously. I practice yoga, meditation, and Wing Chun kung fu, and I’ve been deeply involved in biohacking for over a decade. That’s why I created Human3000, a project that brings all of this together.

It includes a meditation app where I personally compose meditation tracks and collaborate with well-known musicians, a health-focused blog, and even a VR Smart Game for Oculus Quest, designed to teach mindfulness and yoga through immersive experiences.

I also share my knowledge in books from time to time. Many of my health-related projects are non-commercial—I do them simply because I believe in making a positive impact.

When you put it all together, it’s like a giant puzzle that forms one complete picture—my life.

You’ve shared the stage with legends like Carl Cox, Skrillex, and Diplo. Is there a

particular experience or encounter with one of these artists that left a lasting impact

on you?

Over the last 30 years, I’ve played alongside almost every major name in electronic music—from underground icons to mainstream legends.

It’s hard to pick just one defining moment because every artist brings something unique to the table. But if I think back, the names that stand out immediately are Carl Cox, Skrillex, Diplo, DJ Snake, Boys Noize, A-Trak, Apashe, Damian Lazarus, Steve Aoki, Richie Hawtin, Gesaffelstein, and Justice.

Each of them has influenced me in different ways, inspiring me to push my limits and constantly evolve as an artist. Being around that level of creativity and energy is a reminder that passion and authenticity always shine through.

Amadei is an innovative platform for independent artists. What is your vision for the

future of the music industry, and how do you think new technologies can support

creatives?

I started Amadei to help up-and-coming artists in electronic music, no matter the genre. Our goal is to provide real support—from music distribution and PR to artist branding and even investment opportunities. We want to take raw talent and help it grow into something professional and sustainable.

Looking ahead, I see music, art, and digital technology becoming more and more intertwined. We’re already seeing this with interactive NFT albums, AI-generated music, and VR concerts. The future is hybrid—it’s not just about sound anymore; it’s about creating full, immersive experiences that redefine how we engage with music.

In this new era, the most valuable artists will be the ones who think outside the box—who aren’t afraid to experiment and merge different forms of creativity. The key is to create without limits and embrace the unknown. That’s where the real magic happens.
